    Join our clients' dynamic team as an IT Delivery Program Leader, where you will play a pivotal role in leading a high-profile cybersecurity initiative.

    This position is designed for a seasoned program leader with a passion for driving strategic cybersecurity improvements, enhancing monitoring, and implementing control uplifts across international landscapes.

    Your expertise in both waterfall and agile methodologies will be key in managing diverse projects, ensuring the seamless delivery of critical security enhancements in partnership with global technology teams.

    Key Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in project and program management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)

    Expertise in cybersecurity practices and principlesFamiliarity with IT infrastructure and security technologiesProficient with project management tools (e.g.

    , Jira, Rally, Confluence, SharePoint)Strong understanding of budgeting and financial management for IT projectsKey Responsibilities:

    Define and oversee program objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals.
    Break down high-level requirements into actionable tasks, working closely with cross-functional teams.
    Communicate program progress, risks, and issues to executive leadership and stakeholders effectively.
    Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams, providing direction and support to ensure successful program outcomes.
    Develop and manage comprehensive program budgets, monitor progress against milestones, and address program risks and issues proactively.

    Additional Requirements:

    Minimum of 10 years of experience in program/project management within IT and/or cybersecurity, cloud (AWS)Demonstrated ability to manage large, highly visible IT programs and initiatives.

    Experience in healthcare or related sectors is a plus, with a strong emphasis on security hygiene.
    Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies is required.
