This position offers a great opportunity for students to gain experience in various HR areas and at our E.ON headquarters, which has a strong international, cross-functional, and digital focus.   • Assist in implementing the Learning & Development (L&D) maturity roadmap to become a learning organization in close collaboration with local HR experts, the Digital/IT department, and an external agency
  • Support in conceptualizing, implementing, and monitoring various L&D maturity measures, such as L&D culture and communication campaigns, Skill Management, Business Enablement & Coaching, L&D Analytics, and Digital L&D tools
  • Create various enablement materials to drive a L&D culture change and enable the business in new processes and products
  • Take on tasks to drive HR innovation, such as organizing HR innovation events and creating digital learning materials on AI for HR
  • Support the Vice President of Learning and Development & HR Digitization with various stakeholder communication materials and meeting
