    We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as an ORACLE DEVELOPER. This position is NOT REMOTE and will be based in our corporate office located in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for Oracle EBS application support and development. As a member of our development team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and gain valuable hands-on functional and technical experience with the Oracle EBS financial system.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with senior developers and business system owners to understand application requirements and design specifications.
    • Ability to analyze, design and support implementation of Oracle PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, Views, create/alter database tables and PL/SQL collections based on business requirements and specifications.
    • Conduct unit testing and troubleshoot issues to ensure the quality and performance of developed applications.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users, to gather requirements, provide technical support, and resolve application-related issues.
    • Participate in training programs to enhance Oracle EBS related functional and technical knowledge.
    • Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, including design documents and test plans.
    • Grant, monitor, delete access to applications based on security requests.
    • Work collaboratively with Application Development and Database Administration teams
    • Additional tasks may be assigned based on business needs and individual capabilities.
    Requirements:
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
    • Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
    • 1-3 years' experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL database programming skills
    • 1-3 years' experience with Oracle development tools such as Oracle Forms, Reports, and Shell Scripting, XML/BI Reports.
    • Basic understanding of database configuration: schemas, table relationships, etc.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience with Oracle EBS financial systems is preferred.
    • Experience in integrating third-party applications with Oracle EBS financial systems.
