- Candidate will be required to work 4 days in the office during onboarding, then transition to a hybrid schedule (3 days in office/2 days at home).

- Candidate must have experience managing timelines and the dependencies of a timeline for a program or multiple workstreams of a project.

- Manage Gaps/Risks/Issues/Decisions (GRID) log (risk register) for applicable workstreams and identify gaps or risks then lead in the resolution. Leading the resolution typically means facilitating meetings with key stakeholders and decision-makers to drive issues to closure, up to and including steering the topic through the Change Request process.

- Ability to bring own ideas and solutions based on experience with similar situations.
- Required Experience:
- Higher level role and requires 7-15 years of relevant experience.
- Jira Plan Management
- Confluence Management
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- MS Project, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint, and Visio
- IT Project Management experience
- Standout Candidates:
- Financial or insurance background is a plus.
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 10-15 years of Project Management experience
- Experience in managing multiple parallel work streams
- Strong organizational, leadership, problem solving and influencing skills
- Strong interpersonal (relationship building), written and verbal communication
- Sensitivity to future Organizational Change and multi-cultural characteristics of Global IT organization
- Strong Microsoft Office, including Visio, MS Project, Power Point and SharePoint skills required
- PMI/PMP certification desirable
- Scrum Master experience, certification desirable
