Caregiver Position at Emerald Crest of Shakopee

Join our caring team at Emerald Crest of Shakopee as a Caregiver (CNA/ HHA/ PCA), where we offer a variety of benefits and recently increased our wages.

Part-Time opportunities available
Morning (AM) and Night (NOC) shifts including weekends

Pay: $20.00- $24.38/ hour based on experience plus $1 shift differential

Responsibilities of a Caregiver:

Assist residents with daily living tasks
Engage in programming and activities
Ensure client safety and well-being
Prepare meals and light housekeeping
Perform other requested duties

Requirements:

Previous experience preferred but not mandatory for day or evening shifts
Training provided for Night shift without experience
Passion for geriatric care
Strong interpersonal and social skills
Customer service orientation for interactions with family and visitors
