- Lead and inspire a skilled perioperative nursing team.
- Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
- Manage clinical operations, budgets, staffing, and resources.
- Drive quality initiatives, innovation, and performance improvement.
- Collaborate across disciplines to strengthen outcomes and patient experience.
- Current NYS RN license (or permit) and registration.
- BSN required; MSN preferred.
- Minimum five (5) years perioperative nursing experience.
- Minimum two (2) years of managerial experience.
- C.N.O.R. and BLS certification.
- Active A.O.R.N. membership.
- Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

In this role, you will oversee all clinical and administrative operations, ensuring safe, high-quality patient care and effective resource management. Work Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday to Friday
Salary: $160,000.00 to $200,000.00
