    Job Description

    American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Critical Care Unit (ICU) position at an Iowa-based medical center, requiring BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.

    Responsibilities
    Position is located in a hospital Critical Care Unit (CCU/ICU)

    Day shift schedule: 07:00–19:30

    13-week contract
    Every third weekend rotation required
    Every other holiday coverage required
    Local candidates are accepted for this position in Iowa with a local pay rate available
    License verification must be dated within 30 days of start date; NURSYS verification preferred for RN licensure
    BLS and ACLS cards must include images of both the front and back of the card

    Requirements
    Active RN license — Iowa (IA) or Compact state license required
    BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
    ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required
    TNCC and NIHSS certifications may be required
    COVID vaccination card required for consideration
    Professional references required for consideration
