    Description

    Position: Office Services Supervisor at Corgan

    Corgan's facilities team is looking for a reliable Office Services Supervisor to join our Dallas office team.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversees daily operations of office facilities, including coordination for maintenance and cleaning services
    • Manages weekly rounds to quickly address any issues
    • Prioritizes office tasks for timely completion
    • Facilitates communication within the office and keeps staff informed
    • Assists with various reports and documents preparation
    • Establishes relationships with vendors
    • Assists with access control and office systems
    • Coordinates furniture requests and repairs
    • Provides support in absence of the office services manager
    • Assists with event logistics and administrative tasks
    • Collaborates with staff for work distribution and team environment
    • Maintains efficient record-keeping systems
    • Assists with budget preparation and expense tracking
    • Participates in on-call rotations
    • Coordinates onboarding and offboarding processes
    • Provides AED/CPR training and machine maintenance
    • Coordinates vehicle service and maintenance
    • Covers for office services staff when necessary
    • Participates in special projects
    • Manages a team of 3 employees

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of facilities/office services experience
    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
    • Excellent client service skills
    • Adaptable to changing environments
    • Ability to lift when necessary
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and other business applications
