    **Join Our Team as an Outpatient Clinic Registered Nurse**

    **Job Description:**

    - Are you ready to make a significant impact in patient care? We are seeking a passionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic outpatient clinic team.

    - **Shift:**
    - Day shift, 5 days a week (07:45 - 17:15)
    - Previous charge experience preferred

    - **Required Qualifications:**
    - 1+ years of experience in an outpatient clinic/ambulatory setting
    - Strong orthopedic experience
    - Current CA RN License (no temporary or pending licenses)
    - BLS certification (AHA or ARC only)
    - Flu vaccination (no exemptions or declinations)

    - **What You'll Do:**
    - Assist in post-surgery follow-up visits and procedures
    - Schedule nurse visits for phlebotomy, testing, or other procedures
    - Administer immunizations, injections, or oral medications
    - Draw and prepare designated lab work or specimens for pick-up
    - Handle clinic care telephone interactions with provider input
    - Cover LVN/MA duties for absences, illnesses, and breaks

    - **Work Environment:**
    - Engage with patients across all age groups: Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, Geriatrics
    - Work in a lively clinic with 22 rooms and handle approximately 130 visits per day
    - Specialty focus on:
    - Hand and Upper Extremity Conditions
    - Orthopedic Hand Surgery
    - Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, both elective and acute

    - **Special Procedures/Unit Details:**
    - Participate in minor in-office procedures, including:
    - Lac repairs
    - Open carpal tunnel releases
    - Finger pinning and fracture repairs
    - Biopsies

    - **Special Equipment:**
    - Familiar with equipment such as:
    - Fluoroscan
    - Tourniquet
    - Minor set instrumentation
    - Cautery bovie
    - Centrifuge for PRP injections

    - **Important Notes:**
    - Modified schedule requests cannot be accommodated
    - Locals accepted within a 50-minute commute
    - No on-call or weekend requirements
