    Social Worker, BSW in Ohio


    Position Overview:
    Work as a Social Worker with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree in the state of Ohio

    Responsibilities:
    Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
    Provide counseling and support to individuals and families
    Coordinate with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure clients receive appropriate services
    Advocate for clients' rights and assist them in accessing needed benefits and services
    Document client interactions and progress according to professional standards and regulations

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited program
    Valid Social Worker license in the state of Ohio
    Experience working with diverse populations in a social work setting
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
