    Job Description:

    We are seeking a Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at the JW Marriott Orlando Bonnet Creek Resort & Spa. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will provide exceptional support to ensure seamless service for our guests.

    Your responsibilities will include setting tables, assisting the kitchen, cleaning work areas, and replenishing supplies. You will also be responsible for managing menu items, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

    To succeed in this role, you must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain attention to detail. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • No prior work experience necessary, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred
    • Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
    • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and manage menu items
