    Job Description:
    We are currently seeking a Operations Management Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-272 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office.
    The candidate will be a member of the Operations Team.


    Functional Description:


    The Program Analyst will be responsible and accountable to the PMA-272 Operations Officer for the day-to-day operations within the V-22 Joint Program Office and additional administrative tasking as requested.


    Duties and Responsibilities :
    Duties may include, but are not limited to:

    Provide vital support to PMA-275 PM, DPM, and Operations Officer.

    Manage Calendars, action deadlines

    Know and maintain standing meetings/operational tempo – may be called upon to set-up and run meetings (in person and via MS Teams)

    Work with PMA OPS Team for scheduling meetings with PAM-275 Leadership and ensure schedules are coordinated.

    Perform complex and confidential administrative functions in an extremely fast paced environment

    Interface on a daily basis with PEO(A) staff

    Prepare PowerPoint presentations, agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for corporate and/or customer meetings

    Work with and within an IPT environment to provide Operations support

    Serve as quality and consistency control checkpoint for program office briefs/documents provided outside of the PMA including Congress, Office of Secretary of Defense, Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research and Development, Pentagon and Industry partners

    Support check-in/check-out process for new PMA-275 staff

    Support PMA-275 Leadership travel requirements through DTS

    Organize programs, events, meetings, or conferences by arranging facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations and controlling event budget

    Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond independently, as needed

    Manage data/information between MS Teams, One-Note, SharePoint

    Serve as Action Officer, assign/follow-up with IPTs and individuals on actions as required

    Manage workflow on routed documents to maintain schedule/due dates

    Participate in Process/Procedure development and improvement to streamline operations


    Required Experience:
    Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience within NAVAIR, preferably HQ or program office (required)

    Two (2) years of experience or proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Ability to interface with all levels of management.

    Ability to work well independently or in a team setting.

    Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

    Excellent organization and ability to multi-task.

    Excellent oral and written communication skills.

    Excellent time management, scheduling, and organizational skills.


    Required Education:
    Journeyman – BA/BS degree.


    Allowable Substitutions :
    The following substitutions are permitted for this task order:


    Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.


    Eight (8) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

    Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
