- Project Management Alignment with Gated SDLC:
- Champion the adoption of a gated SDLC methodology for all product development initiatives.
- Ensure clear alignment between product strategy and individual project objectives within each stage of the SDLC.
- Work closely with Program and Project Managers to define success criteria, track progress, and manage risks for each project at each gate.
- Oversee the efficient allocation of resources across the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with project priorities and timelines.
- Base Salary Range: $190,000 - $210,000 Annually

- Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches and a strong focus on execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to set strategic direction, translate business needs into technical solutions, and deliver products aligned with market opportunities.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating effectively across departments.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, with expertise in driving user-centric product development.
- Experience in enterprise technology environments and agile development methodologies highly desired.
