Summary:
Serves as a liaison between guests, staff, and patients to respond to patient information inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Receives, screens, routes, and/or responds to incoming telephone inquiries.
Greets all guests and provides information, directions, or instructions based on guests' needs.
Maintains and regularly updates patient information. Routes or responds to general inquiries for information or directions.
Receives and processes customer suggestions and complaints.
