    C&I Engineering is looking for a talented and driven individual to join our team
    Staff Electrical Engineer

    We are currently seeking a full-time Staff Electrical Engineer in our office to help us achieve our company mission.

    C&I is a full-service engineering design firm providing engineering/design/project management and procurement services to various clients in oil & gas, food & beverage, and distilled spirits.

    Prepares complete design packages, including construction scope of work, for complex projects that meet design intents and customer expectations.

    Creates lists of engineering deliverables and tasks, and estimates effort hours for same, based on limited scopes of work for complex projects.

    The Staff Electrical Engineer Serves as a mentor to junior staff. Assists in training and development of others. Identifies training needs to department chief.

    Creates plan of execution for large and complex projects, anticipating the sequence of tasks, long lead and special items for engineering procurement cycle, and dependencies of information from others.

    Works within project team to integrate department plan into a multi-discipline project plan of execution.
    As a Staff Electrical Engineer this individual prepares computer analyses and calculations.

    Uses vendor documents, coordination prints, surveys, and models to check dimensions, determine interface points, determine physical space requirements, and provide information to other departments.

    Helps develop P&IDs and create typical electrical and instrumentation design documents.
    Bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year ABET accredited engineering program and ten years of related work experience
    OR, PE license and eight years of related work experience
    Ability to travel domestically or internationally to offices, vendor shops, and project sites. Travel may be up to 10%
