    Description

    Summary



    You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER in the Program Management Office Strategic Systems Programs (PMOSSP), Conventional Prompt Strike (SPC) of CPS PROGRAM OFFICE.



    Duties

    • You will perform supervisory role to deliver weapon control, fire control and mission planning capability that meets the CPS Program objectives and time lines for the Navy's emerging hypersonic capability.
    • You will perform program management and coordination of other organizations and Subject Matter Expert (SME) efforts.
    • You will provide guidance and direction to the program team for CPS weapon control, fire control and mission planning concerns.
    • You will provide multi-discipline direction and Engineering Management to the CPS Program based on applicable experience.
    • You will draft, analyze, integrate, review and provide recommendations to Senior Strategic System Programs (SSP) Leadership for milestone and other documentation in accordance with Government, DOD and Navy regulations.
    • Represent SSP at higher echelon Navy and DOD activities or in negotiations with other activities as well as with SSP branches as required to ensure the sustainment of SSP's mission.
    • You will coordinate program level meetings and develop appropriate agendas for all supporting program groups ensuring program information is disseminated.
    • You will facilitate IPT's, special advisory boards, off-sites, working groups, audit teams, etc. Analyze, evaluate and prepare program briefs, reports and correspondence.
    • You will be responsible for coordination of acquisition life-cycle concepts to deliver needed performance, reliability, sustainability, maintainability of product deliverables.
    • You will exercise supervisory responsibility over assigned staff personnel (both military and civilian) including engineers, budget analysts, and administrative personnel.
