Annual Salary Range: $55,000 - $63,000

Caladwich is seeking motivated, customer-focused Logistics Analysts (II and III) to support critical supply chain operations at Osan Air Base and Kunsan Air Base, Korea. Logistics & Supply Chain Operations

• Process GSA Point-of-Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently

• Review customer orders for completeness and accuracy

• Generate receipts and maintain organized electronic and physical order records

• Audit accounts and ensure proper documentation of all transactions

• Validate pricing, quantities, and payment authorizations

• Investigate order discrepancies and coordinate resolutions with management

Operational Support

• Assist with inventory and asset management processes

• Coordinate adjustments and disposal actions with leadership

• Support network operations by executing IT-directed equipment procedures when required

• Maintain compliance with established SOPs and government logistics procedures

Customer Service & Brand Representation

• Serve as a professional, welcoming point of contact for U.S. military and federal customers

• Provide timely and accurate order status updates via phone and email

• Deliver a positive customer experience at every interaction

• Represent the organization with integrity, responsiveness, and enthusiasm

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Korean National (ROK citizen) eligible for access to U.S. Military installations in Korea

• Host Nation National must possess favorably adjudicated - Tier 1 Investigation. 

• Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (read/write/speak)

• Minimum 2 years of experience in DoD or government supply chain management

• Strong understanding of government logistics processes and/or Air Force supply chain operations

• Excellent written communication skills, including formal documentation and reporting

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced government contracting environment

• Ability to pass required background investigations (FBI fingerprint check and NACI adjudication)

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Additional Items

• Prime contract duration currently runs through 2030, with possible renewal
