- Tuesday to Saturday 2pm to 10pm
- Monitoring the daily care of residents, overseeing the communication of information and interventions on service plans to caregivers, managing caregiver assignments, and ensuring all duties are completed.
- Contributing to a safe and positive living environment by interacting and communicating regularly with residents and their families.
- Implementing physician orders, providing nursing treatments and procedures, and monitoring medication administration.
- Responding to resident care requests, changes in behavior or physical condition, and promptly reporting needs to families and physicians.
- Handling incidents and emergencies, informing management, families, and physicians as necessary, and ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Addressing any minor community issues that may arise during the shift and reporting to maintenance or administration when needed.
- Performing any other duties assigned by the Company.
- Current Texas LVN license.
- Ability and willingness to work alongside caregivers in providing hands-on care to residents and lead by example.
- Proficiency in EMR skills or experience with electronic records is highly preferred.
- Previous training and experience in dementia care is strongly desired.
- Prior experience in supervising staff is highly valued.
