- Provide knowledge and familiarity with server performance tuning and monitoring tools.
- Provide knowledge and familiarity with server configuration and management tools (Microsoft System Center Operations manager (SCOM) and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)).
- Provide network troubleshooting skills and knowledge of networks.
- Provide technical documentation skills. Provide knowledge and familiarity of action plans for planned and unplanned changes to the network infrastructure.

Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, OR an Associate's degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR eleven (11) total years of recent specialized experience.
