    Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy is a must.

    ProCare Therapy, a well-known educational staffing agency, is in search of a committed and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to be part of our team in Fontana.     Position Details:

    • Job Type: Full-time
    • Contract: School-based
    • Start Date: As Soon As Possible
    • End Date: May 25, 2024 (Possibility of ESY and 24/25 SY)
    • Caseload: K-12th grade

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists to assist students with speech and language disorders.
    • Execute therapy plans and activities aimed at improving communication skills.
    • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students to address their specific needs.
    • Help in monitoring and recording student progress.
    • Maintain effective communication with school personnel, parents, and caregivers.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) or related field.
    • California SLPA licensure or eligibility.
    • Prior experience in a school environment is desirable.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Aptitude for collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team.
