    Position Summary: The Regional VP of Branches will oversee several branch managers, ensuring that each branch operates efficiently, meets sales goals, and delivers outstanding member service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial services management, strong leadership skills, and a strategic vision to drive the overall success of multiple branches.

    Schedule: Average of 40 hours within a Monday through Saturday work week

    Remote/Hybrid: Remote/Hybrid eligible

    Travel Requirements: Ability and willingness to travel in order to collaborate with regional branches.

    Leadership and Management:

    • Lead, coach, supervise, mentor, and support branch managers to ensure effective branch operations and team performance.
    • Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment across all branches.
    • Conduct regular check-ins and develop professional growth plans for branch managers.
    • Collaborate with CBXO and Regional SVP of Branches to ensure consistency and goal achievement.

    Strategic Planning and Execution:

    • Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
    • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
    • Coordinate with CBXO to align branch activities with overall credit union strategies.

    Operational Excellence:

    • Ensure that all branches comply with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
    • Standardize best practices across branches to enhance operational efficiency and member experience.
    • Conduct regular assessments to maintain high standards of operation and service.

    Sales and Relationship Development:

    • Oversee the development and execution of sales plans to achieve regional targets.
    • Identify and implement strategies to increase membership, deposits, and loan portfolios.
    • Support branch managers in building and maintaining relationships with local businesses and community organizations.

    Member Services:

    • Ensure exceptional member service across all branches, addressing and resolving escalated member issues.
    • Promote a positive member experience, focusing on meeting and exceeding member expectations.

    Financial Management:

    • Manage regional budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
    • Analyze financial reports to assess regional performance and make informed decisions.
    • Identify and implement cost-saving measures without compromising service quality.

    Community Engagement:

    • Represent the credit union at community events and build a strong presence in the local market.
    • Encourage and support branch involvement in community initiatives and events.
    • Develop partnerships with local organizations to enhance the credit union's reputation and outreach.
    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in a business or finance related field preferred, MBA a plus.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a financial institution, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
    • Strong knowledge of credit union operations, products, and services.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage multiple teams effectively.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
    • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to travel frequently between branches and to meetings, training sessions, and community events.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to frequently move within branches to interact with managers and staff.
    • Occasional lifting and moving of office supplies, up to 25 pounds.
    • Ability to operate standard office equipment.

    • Capability to travel for meetings and community events as needed.
