    Job Summary:
    Responsible for coordinating the implementation of designated projects, interfacing with various health system entities, and facilitating project planning sessions including project scope, project plan, task scheduling, team management, etc. Assists with problem analysis, process redesign, and continuous process improvement.

    Job Duties:
    • Coordinates project management activities, resources, equipment, and information Connects with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
    • Help prepare project proposals, timeframes, and schedules.
    • Monitor and track project status and report any issues that may arise.
    • Act as point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants.
    • Use project management tools to facilitate project coordination.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
    • Assists with basic data collection as needed including chart reviews.
    • Meets routinely with Director to review project status, review issues and determine best solutions.
