- 1 Year of relevant experience in medical setting (i.e. LPN, RT, EMT/Paramedic) may be substituted in lieu of formal education
- GED of an Associate, Required or Bachelor's Degree program in Health Science
- Experience circulating diagnostic/interventional coronary and peripheral cath lab procedures, IABP, Impella, EP, moderate sedation, arterial sheath pulls
- BLS
- Graduate of CVT program Preferred
- Registered CVI Specialist-Preferred
- Work experience in medical setting Preferred
- Knowledge of EPIC EMR
