POSITION SUMMARY

Oversees the operational efficiency, compliance, and performance of multiple communities within a designated region (California), ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to residents while driving strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Include but are not limited to the following:

Optimize efficiency and ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
Provide guidance to Executive Directors and coordinate operational activities across multiple communities within a designated region.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures to achieve budgetary goals.
Conduct regular site visits to assess facility operations and provide support and guidance to facility leadership teams.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in service delivery across the region.
Serve as a liaison between regional facilities, corporate leadership, and external stakeholders.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, resident satisfaction, and overall Community performance.
Will be required to occasionally do local travel and/or out-of-state travel for meetings or training.
Supervisory Responsibility: Yes.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- At least 7-10 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare administration, with a focus on operations management.
- Demonstrated experience overseeing multiple facilities within a regional or multi-site setting.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Financial management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Experience in strategic planning, performance improvement, and change management initiatives.
- Proven track record of regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and have excellent time management skills.
- Previous experience managing senior-level staff and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of quality assurance principles and experience in maintaining high standards of care.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships.
- Commitment to ethical practices and promoting a positive culture.
