- Title: Account Executive
- Locations: San Francisco and New York (Hybrid on-site/remote)
- Reports to: Director of Sales
- Avg. deal size: $100K
- Avg. sale cycle: 6+ months
- Base salary: $80K - $120K + Equity
- Total compensation (OTE): $160K - $240K
- Annual quota target: $1M+ (DEO)

- You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- You have 2+ years of SaaS sales experience (full sales cycle).
- You enjoy prospecting and have recent experience self-generating your pipeline.
- You have experience managing complex sales cycles, 6+ months with multiple stakeholders.
- You have experience closing deals above $30K+ in ACV.
- Establish and develop a strategy for identifying and closing net new sales opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business.
- Deliver sales pitches and demos to C-level executives and VPs both over the phone and in person (e.g. become a demo expert).
- Build proposals and handle complex negotiations.
- Leverage sales tools: SFDC, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and Outreach
- Attend customer application conferences around the country to learn about customer needs and build connections from line scientists to executive decision makers.
