Job summary
The Administrative Specialist is responsible for various aspects of the daily operations, customer service, and ongoing administration of the department and bank programs.Responsibilities
- Function as a point of contact among department executives, management, program managers, process analysts, and other external partners as assigned.
- Organize and maintain legal notifications and other mail directed to the department.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, including tracking and reporting.
