    AGI is seeking a Sales Rep to join our team. We are partnered up with a veteran-owned solar company to create a great impact in the Illinois community.

    As a Sales Specialist, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within our organization. At AGI, we believe in providing a first-class experience to our customers. You will be responsible for building relationships, understanding customer needs, and negotiating sales to an effective close.

    Compensation:

    $87,000 - $124,000 at plan

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct sales presentations to potential customers and educate them about the company's products and services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
    • Continuously expand product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate the value proposition to customers.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies and improve overall sales performance.
    Qualifications:
    • No experience is needed; 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field is a plus
    • Disciplined and committed.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with clients.
