    The Sr Director, B2B Marketing - Gamingwill take charge of crafting and executing marketing strategies, including content, event and branding that generate new lead opportunities for the business.

    With Gaming industry focus and experience as their stomping grounds, this hire will play a pivotal role in amplifying Prodege's presence and reputation as a thought leader and a must have vehicle for user acquisition.

    Detailed Job Duties:
    (typical monthly, weekly, daily tasks which support the primary objectives)
    Consistently post meaningful content to position Prodege as the top thought leader.
    Autonomously manage a 12-month calendar with top, middle, and bottom funnel content.
    Partner externally with top industry influencers to produce share-worthy content.
    Develop relationships with media contacts to amplify reach within the vertical.
    Partner internally with design, sales, research and Execs to execute your vision.
    Use testing and data to continuously improve results.
    Be aware of our competitive landscape to successfully position Prodege ahead of competitors
    Oversee "Master" deck creation for the sales team and assist with custom requests for top tier prospects.

    Execute in person event calendar based on marketing strategy to empower our sales team to have fruitful conversations, elevate the Prodege brand and ensure Prodege is leading the conversation within the industry.


    Additional Management Responsibilities:

    Performance Management:
    setting and managing goals, on-going coaching, corrective action, annual reviews, rewards/recognition, and team/individual development.

    Employee Life Cycle Management:
    headcount forecasting, job descriptions, recruiting/hiring, termination

    Governance:
    ensuring compliance to company policy/practice (e.g. attendance, behavior, workplace attire), ensuring compliance to employment law (e.g. time keeping, anti-harassment and diversity).

    Leadership:

    ensures availability to staff, team building, building rapport with individuals, encouraging strong collaborative relationships between individuals and departments, facilitating a healthy work/life mix, solicits and applies feedback (internal and external to team), self-improvement as a leader/manager of people.


    Culture Ambassador:

    proactively demonstrate and cultivate a culture of cooperative collaboration, strong work ethic, solutions-orientation, quality focus, results-orientation, relaxed/enjoyable atmosphere, team- and individual- celebration, and company/product pride.

    What does SUCCESS look like?


    A successful Sr Director, B2B Marketing - Gaming will dynamically lead Prodege's marketing strategy, focusing on the gaming sector to boost lead generation and enhance thought leadership.

    They'll spearhead content creation, manage a comprehensive content calendar, and cultivate impactful partnerships both internally and externally.

    By leveraging data to refine marketing tactics and fostering strong collaboration across functions, this individual will significantly elevate Prodege's market presence and influence, ensuring the brand is at the forefront of discussions in the gaming industry.

    Their leadership will not only drive sales but also develop a cohesive team culture dedicated to innovation and excellence.

    The MUST Haves:
    (ex: job cannot be done without these skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)
    Seven or more (7+) years of experience in B2B Marketing.
    Five or more (5+) years experience specific to the gaming B2B marketing industry.
    Five or more years (5+) years managing a team.
    In-depth understanding of gaming platforms (Apple iOS, Android, Consoles like Xbox and PS5, PC games).
    Proficiency with app advertising networks (e.g., Appsflyer, Tune, Unity).
    Strong command over content creation and social media marketing.
    Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
    Experience hosting webinars and speaking at conferences.
    Adept at data analysis and performance management.
    Capacity for strategic planning and autonomous management.
    Strong collaboration and networking abilities.
    Superior writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
    Competency in using content management systems and marketing software.
    Experience with and ability to stay up to date with SEO trends

    The Nice to Haves:
    (ex: preferred additional skills, education, experience, certifications, licenses)
    A Master's degree or an MBA in Marketing or a related discipline would be an advantage.
    Previous experience with ROI focused paid media B2B campaign execution is preferred.


    Pay Transparency:
    The anticipated base salary range for this position is $155,000 to $185,000, plus bonus.

    The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to; the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, the type and length of knowledge and skills for the position, education, training, etc.

    Prodege is a multi-state employer and final compensation within this range could be impacted by work location.

    Prodege offers a comprehensive benefits package to US Full-time employees including medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD and basic life insurance.

    Employees receive flexible PTO, as well as paid sick leave prorated based on hire date. US Employees have eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees receive an option to purchase shares of Company stock commensurate with their position, which vests over four years.
