    Job Description:

    You are:

    A self-directed contributor with a strong work ethic who will be responsible for aligning technology solutions with business strategies, working with business departments, and supporting processes. You are a collaborative individual who will be responsible for major global systems and their subsystems utilizing a thorough understanding of available technology, tools, and existing designs, including non-SAP system integration to current and future SAP (Supplier Relationship Management and Procure to Pay) solutions.

    This is a Hybrid role, with 3 days in the Tampa office required. (No relocation assistance offered.)

    You will:

    • Work independently to design and configure solutions to meet complex business needs and requirements in all related areas such as MM AP FI as well as SAP Bolt-Ons and external integrated systems.
    • Manage all phases of the project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support/maintenance.
    • Define project tasks and coordinate completion to ensure estimates meet expected KPI's.
    • Assist in the development and enforcement of best practices for delivery of stable, reliable, and highly available solutions.
    • Promote effective and collaborative communication with internal teams and Business Partners.
    • Communicate status of projects and initiatives to middle and senior level management.

    Your background:

    As the SAP SRM and PTP Specialist, you have:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience as an SAP SRM/MM functional analyst.
    • Expertise in SRM Classic scenario with integrations to ECC 6.0.
    • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand different industries.
    • Able to handle complex analytical tasks by working directly with business leaders and analysts to produce and translate functional design into technical specifications.
    • Solid understanding of data analysis and queries, system integrations, coding, debugging, and programming languages sufficient to lead route-cause analysis and work with technical teams on technical specifications.
    • Deep knowledge of configuration, development, multi-tiered architecture, cross-functional integration.
    • Excellent communication skills, oral and written including ability to conduct formal and informal presentations and workshops to all levels of management; use influence, persuasion, and mediation to resolve issues and drive consensus.
    • Capable of owning SAP Bolt-On procurement systems and processes, support and maintain it.
    • Willing to offer alternate viable solutions.
    • This role requires close coordination with the internal procurement / accounting team to provide and execute solutions.
