    Job Summary

    Natran is looking for residential outside sales representatives with consumer-facing experience. As the voice of our residential services team, we expect you to build and sustain new client relationships through knowledge, empathy, and excitement about a product you can truly stand behind. Our residential outside sales representatives are problem-solvers who act as trusted consultants to our customers.

    Compensation

    Base + Commission: $60,000/yr – $70,000+/yr · Full-time

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Increasing residential client base through personalized relationship-building and product expertise
    • Prospecting new residential sales door-to-door in our B2C market
    • Becoming an expert in our products, services, and competitors
    • Maintain an average closure rate of 45% or greater.
    • Upsell 10%–15% existing customer service agreements annually
    • Nurturing and retaining current customers with personalized service and upsell opportunities

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 1+ years of B2C sales experience
    • Proven track record of increasing revenue and customer count
    • Superior social and communication skills
    • Fast thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to see things from another person's perspective
