Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and portion meals.
Innovate and craft new menu items for tasting.
Train staff on proper procedures when necessary.
Ensure flawless presentation of plated dishes.
Contribute to menu development while considering seasonal ingredients.
Maintain food inventory, stock supplies, and handle food storage.
Communicate staffing needs for events or large group bookings.
Order ingredients based on quality, quantity, and price.
Stay updated on industry trends to enhance professional growth.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Follow recipes, adhere to safety guidelines, and assist in team efforts.
Promote a positive and cooperative work environment.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role.
Strong culinary skills and creativity.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
