    Position Overview:
    Reporting to the Director of H

    R

    , the HR

    and Talent Acquisition

    Coordinator

    is responsible for

    a variety of HR administrative tasks

    with a primary focus on talent acquisition, HR compliance and

    employee engagement.
    Position


    Responsibilities:
    Coordinate talent acquisition strategies

    designed to recruit, source, hire and

    retain

    qualified

    roofing employees

    for five (5) locations throughout the

    n

    ortheast

    .
    Coordinate the full cyc

    le international employee process through the H2B program from recruiting to offboarding

    .

    Act as

    main point of contact

    for H2B employees,

    ensuring

    a positive experience for our seasonal

    teams

    and

    liaison between workforce and management

    .
    Organize

    internal and external

    job fairs with a focus on building relationships with local,

    state

    and federal

    workforce agencies

    .
    Identify

    opportunities for improving the candidate experience and recruiting operations and ensure a smooth

    transition from candidate to new hire.
    Maintain

    accurate

    and up-to-date HR records and documentation

    including

    employee files, I9 files and conduct audits as needed.
    Provide

    support for employee recognition and engagement activities.
    Liaison with IT to ensure

    equipment set up and space for new hires.
    Maintain calendar

    s,

    schedules

    and meeting coordination.
    Maintain strict

    confidentiality of documents, employee information and other information received.
    Additional

    duties as assigned.

    Position Requirements:
    Talent Acquisition/general HR experience

    required

    , 2+ years

    .
    Experience with federal H2B program

    strongly preferred.
    Construction industry experience

    preferred.
    Valid driver's license and ability to travel to

    business units in MA, ME,


    CT
    and NY

    .
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    , with the ability to

    build rapport with candidates, hiring managers and external partners.
    Advanced

    knowledge of Microsoft Office

    products with a strong emphasis on Excel.
    Experience

    with various recruiting

    software

    and ATS

    .
    Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    Passion for

    cquisition and Human Resources.
    High school diploma required

    .

    College coursework preferred.
