    Job Title: Quality Control and ISO Engineer

    Location: City of Industry, Los Angeles

    What you will DO:

    • Perform or coordinate computer sample hardware and/or software installation and debugging.
    • Assist with new SKU production implementation, sample unit creation/testing, and introduction to in-house factory or third party.
    • Monitor and examine in-house factory or third-party production processes and quality assurance, and provide training.

    • Directly and indirectly support the generation of SOPs.

    • May be required to perform other duties as assigned or as needed.

    What you will NEED:

    • 2 years of hands-on experience in computer assembly, troubleshooting, repairing, and testing (preferred).
    • 2 years of experience in Quality Control and/or Quality Assurance with clerical/office skills.

    • Bilingual (Mandarin and English) proficiency is required.
    • Skilled user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Docs.
    • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
