We are a facility management and maintenance company with more than 30 years of industry experience. Our company provides contracted janitorial and mechanical services to vendors across the nation. We are a very stable and reliable company, headquartered in Chattanooga TN, and are looking for hard-working, motivated, and reliable candidates. We have field operations in 24 states, multiple cities. This position would be based in Keasbey, New Jersey.

Schedule:
  • Monday-Friday, approximately 9:00 am - 2:00 pm.
PAY:

 From $20.00-$22.00 per hour based on experience. 

Expected hours: 25 per week

 

Position Overview:

We are seeking a workforce planning administrative assistant that will play a critical role in our organization by providing high-level support to our managers/supervisors and ensuring seamless client interactions. This role requires professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize effectively. The ideal candidate will be technologically advanced, flexible, able to multitask, and MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (Spanish/English).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist manager and support team members with daily organizational tasks of staffing, hiring, payroll, scheduling and other administrative functions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for applicants and new-hires, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience during phone calls and professional correspondence.
  • Manage office requirements, maintain employee records and sensitive documents, coordinate communications, and provide overall administrative support to ensure a well-organized environment.
  • Assist with general payroll duties to ensure timely and correct compensation for field employees. Including time-tracking assistance and general new hire/online onboarding for applicants.
  • Assist with employee and client experience to ensure smooth operations.
  • Use Outlook, Microsoft 365, and other computer programs efficiently. Manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in everything you do.

Requirements:

MUST BE BI-LINGUAL (Spanish/English).
