Do you have a passion for creating exceptional beverage experiences?

The Hilton University of Florida Conference Center is searching for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Lunch Time Bartender to join our team In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient beverage service during our busy lunch rush.

Responsibilities:

• Manage bar setup and inventory, including requisitioning, stocking, and maintaining freshness of all ingredients.
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and accuracy, following established recipes.
• Possess a strong understanding of classic and signature cocktails, with a willingness to learn new creations.
• Utilize strong cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system skills to process guest orders accurately and maintain financial accountability.
• Ensure adherence to all liquor liability laws and responsible service protocols.
• Cultivate a welcoming and professional atmosphere by providing exceptional guest service.
• Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate seamlessly with colleagues.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar environment.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant environment.
• In-depth knowledge of various alcoholic beverages and mixology techniques.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage service principles.
• Excellent math skills for accurate cash handling and order totaling.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
• Positive and engaging personality with a genuine passion for hospitality.
