Responsibilities
- Assists Clients in basic living skills daily personal tasks including showers dressing housekeeping grocery shopping preparing planning meals financial budgeting transportation activities appointments required valid Arkansas Driver License
- Maintains good communication via facility logbook staff meeting regarding clients needs progress plan care end shift accurately completes documentation FCC Behavioral Reports Incident Reports Compliant Forms Personal Care Work Sheets Requisitions Maintenance Forms Progress Reports Monthly Attendance Logs other required forms deemed necessary
