**The Opportunity**
Ask Media Group is looking for a Performance Media Buyer who thrives in a fast paced, data driven environment to join us and help drive profitability for the business. The ad platform team that youll be a part of will be responsible for acquiring ROI positive traffic to AMG and its properties via social, native and display marketing platforms. The person in this role will support our search monetized content marketing efforts by curating highly relevant keyword terms to drive performance and ROAS.
**What youll do:**
As part of the performance marketing team, you will be responsible for the media buying & profit management by determining the best set of keywords to display to the right user at the right time, on the right content. This is inclusive of using manual and automated means to drive the highest expected value while ensuring best practices (both industry wide and internal) are followed. Youll collaborate with team members to develop strategies, scale new campaigns, and optimize existing campaign performance.
**What were looking for:**
5+ years social / native media buying experience (S2C, S2S, D2S, etc.)
Extensive (hands-on) experience with native and social marketing platforms (Facebook, GDN, Taboola, Outbrain, etc.)
In-depth knowledge of display marketing fundamentals including targeting options and critical dimensions for measuring success (i.e.: device, demographics, etc.)
Deep understanding of search arbitrage, monetary and action-based signals that drive predictive modeling
Google, Bing & Yahoo demand profiles should be second nature
Advanced experience in Excel and business intelligence tools such as Looker and Data Studio
Experience optimizing for buy-side KPIs like tCPA, and tROAS
Manual testing experience that eventually leads to automation
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
