We have a great opportunity for a **Customer Service Representative - Onsite Scheduler** to join our team in the **John's Creek, Georgia** location.

**In this role you will:**

Take ownership of the process that includes making sure that calibration services are scheduled, handling customer inquiries about our services, ordering parts, and providing timely communications to our technicians and customer.

Coordinate with the customer to schedule calibration actions.

Responsible for day to day scheduling of the On-site Calibration Technicians.

Control the status of instruments in the customers database and manage the tracking of instrumentation.

Create POs and work with vendors to outsource calibrations

Support the customer for internal and external audits

Limited driving required on our customer site and to our Alpharetta, GA location.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**Qualified applicants must possess:**

*High School diploma, GED, or equivalent

*Previous experience in a customer service role

*Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

*Excellent communication skills including written, verbal and listening skills

*Strong organizational skills

*Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities

*Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted

*Must meet the requirements to drive on behalf of the company including having a valid Georgia Driver's License and a clean driving record.

**And we would prefer:**

Prior experience scheduling a service; preferably a technical service

Knowledge of ISO 17025 requirements

Experience working with an inventory tracking system.

Previous work experience in the metrology service industry
