The District Manager is responsible for leading a team of business and service team members in delivering an outstanding member experience across their entire portfolio of clubs.
The district manager oversees all operational practices in the clubs, ensuring each operates to company expectations, maintains the highest standard of cleanliness and meets or exceeds budget and sales goals while assisting and supporting marketing campaigns and promotions.
As the district manager, you will lead through the lens of people, core values, and mission first.Oversee club operations in your assigned market to deliver the best member service daily to new and existing members.
Develop, lead, and inspire your club managers as they join you in the quest to provide +1% service to build Raving Fans and operational excellence.
Provide input and execute all company-wide rollouts and improvement initiatives.
Perform club tours and inspections through leadership approach and provide feedback and coaching to managers and assistant managers for their development.

What You'll Bring to the Table:5+ years of passion and experience in a leadership role serving within a geographically dispersed area, fitness or retail multi-unit business.
Able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, see through complexity and strategically promote an inclusive, diverse workforce.
Willing to travel as needed to district to drive expectations for growth and development of the team.
Competence in making timely, effective decisions with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
