What You'll Do

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at the front desk by following site-specific policies, access procedures, and security-related protocols.

Control access to the property by checking identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor and key logs, and directing individuals to appropriate locations.

Monitor security-related systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control panels, and report unusual activity according to post orders and escalation guidelines.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Complete detailed reports and shift documentation, communicate handoff information to oncoming personnel, and support routine administrative tasks related to lobby operations.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
