    Education and Work Experience:

    • Bachelors degree in a related field from an accredited school plus 8 years of related work experience, including three years of compensation and benefits management experience.
    • Candidates without a bachelor's degree must have a minimum of 12 years of related work experience, including three years of compensation and benefits management experience.

    Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

    • Strong understanding of HR/personnel practices and principles.
    • Knowledge of applicable labor, pay, and benefits laws and regulations.
    • Proficiency in planning, time management, communication, decision making, presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding employee information.

    Equipment and Applications:

    • Proficient in the use of PCs, word processing, spreadsheet, and database programs.

    This role involves managing compensation and benefits, requiring a blend of HR knowledge, legal understanding, and strong organizational skills. The individual must also demonstrate proficiency in standard office software and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
