    Job Title: Senior Financial Planning Manager

    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and budgeting, with excellent analytical and communication skills. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Managing the company's budget, forecasting, and financial reporting
    • Overseeing the preparation of financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
    • Developing and implementing financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives
    • Collaborating with senior management to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
    • Providing expert financial guidance and advice to department heads and other stakeholders
    • Monitoring and controlling expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction and improvement
    • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
    • Leading cross-functional teams to implement financial projects and initiatives

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    To be successful as a Finance Manager at Further Enterprise Solutions, you will need to possess:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in financial planning and management
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in SAP or other financial systems
