    TITLE: Architectural Project ManagerTYPE: Direct Hire
    LOCATION: Ewing, NJ area
    ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: OnsiteWe are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Project Manager at our New Jersey office. Reporting directly to the Principal and Associate Architects, the Project Manager will play a pivotal role in all stages of the design process, including construction document production and administration. Responsibilities will encompass the preparation of schematic design drawings, design development drawings, and construction documents utilizing AutoCAD, as well as conducting code analysis, managing regulatory submissions, and coordinating specification production. Additionally, the role may entail involvement in marketing activities, conducting regular project meetings with the design team, and providing support during contractor bidding and negotiation processes.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Collaborate with Principal and Associate Architects throughout all project phases
    • Generate schematic design, design development, and construction documents using AutoCAD
    • Conduct code analysis and manage regulatory submissions
    • Coordinate specification production
    • Participate in marketing efforts as needed
    • Facilitate regular project meetings with the design team
    • Provide support during contractor bidding and negotiation phases
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
    • 5-10 years of architectural experience
    • Strong design and technical skills
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, Word, and PDF programs
    • Ability to effectively oversee and coordinate team members and consultants
    • Experience in K-12 educational design and familiarity with NJ Dept. of Education requirements preferred. Commercial and industrial experience will be considered
    • Knowledge of Revit and other rendering software is advantageous
    • Architectural registration in the US and LEED AP certification are desirable but not required
