    - California)A BRIEF OVERVIEWThe CNC Programmer II supports fabrication of production and prototype tooling, molds, die fixtures, and machined parts to support our manufacturing facility by programming various types of CNC Machines mainly focusing on PartMaker and Espirit programs.

    The CNC programmer will use blueprints, CAD design sketches, and Engineering specifications to ensure the proper dimensions and close tolerance levels of the finished product.

    WHAT YOU WILL DOCreate/edit programs to ensure processes are complete and quality of parts are metDesign fixtures for manufacturing production and prototype using the software SolidWorksResponsible maintaining CNC program directory up to dateProvide CNC Programming Training to Leads and EngineersPerform changes per engineer change request (ECR) and engineer change order (ECO) process work instructionsCreate tool paths from prints and models, identify opportunities for improvements in programs and toolingEvaluate jobs for correct method of manufacturingProgram jobs to CAD file or printMust be excellent in creating programs at a fast pace for Mill 4 & 5 Axis, Mill-Turns and Lathe Machines (PartMaker and Espirit)Assists with maintaining CNC program directory up to dateAbility to provide CNC Programming Training to other CNC ProgrammersHelp to load CNC programs from DNC machine per daily production scheduleGenerates solutions, translate concepts, and information into real and practical applicationsProficient in the understanding and interpretation of blueprints with GD&TCreates cutting tooling list and fixtures.
