    Description

    Provides comprehensive managerial and administrative support to the President and Chief Executive Officer (the "CEO"); effectively communicates with officials of the FHLBank System, Board of Directors (Board) and Leadership Team (LT) of the FHLBank San Francisco (the "Bank"), the Federal Finance Housing Agency (FHFA; regulator), and other outside financial services regulators and organizations, and general contacts.

    Oversees and ensures the most effective and efficient day-to-day operations of the Office of the President.
    Provides executive level administrative support to the CEO. Manages complex CEO travel calendar, including transportation, hotel accommodations, travel itineraries, business engagements, etc.

    In partnership with Workplace Services, coordinates a variety of Board, external and internal events and leadership meetings, including logistics and agenda preparation.

    Responsible for expense management, including processing reimbursements, tracking expenses, maintaining accurate records.
    Provides assistance as needed to the Legal Department to plan Board and other related meetings.

    Works closely with the CEO, Leadership Team, and the Board on confidential matters requiring the utmost discretion and sound judgment.

    Oversees and manages the daily business of the Office of the President, ensuring smooth and effective departmental operations.
    Manages special projects related to the Office of the President.

    Facilitates and coordinates communications between the CEO and Bank management/staff through timely updates to the CEO regarding the status of issues, projects and other pertinent matters.

    Follows up on projects pertaining to the Office of the President.

    Presents an excellent image for the Bank and the Office of the President through professional, supportive, and collaborative relations with industry representatives, the FHLBank System officials, Bank employees and Board members, as well as with representatives of public and private industry groups.

    Advanced MS Office Suite skills. Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong managerial, organizational, communications, and administrative skills.

    Working knowledge of business issues affecting the Bank, the FHLBank System, and the financial services industry in general, preferred.
