- Lead global cross-functional projects across various brands, covering business process mapping, system functionality implementation, live system support, and other assigned tasks.
- Develop project plans, process flows, and trackers in collaboration with stakeholders and under the Program Manager's guidance.
- Establish transparent communication channels between internal and external teams and promote collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Monitor key deliverables' status and escalate issues to management when needed to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
- Maintain organized and clear notes to keep all stakeholders informed on open items, timelines, etc.
- Work with stakeholders to address unexpected events and ensure project milestones are met as planned.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments to resolve project-related issues.
- Undertake additional project-related duties as assigned.
- Highly organized and capable of working under pressure across different time zones.
- Demonstrate independent thinking, creative problems solving, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Display a strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and ownership of tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to engage with all organizational levels in a team environment.
- Experience in project management related to IT systems would be advantageous.
- Preferably hold a BA/BS degree, with relevant experience considered as a substitute.
- Minimum of 3 years in project team-based roles.
- Prior experience in project management is highly desirable.
- Background in Performance Gear, Apparel, Footwear, Sporting Goods, or consumer products industries is a plus.

About the Role
As a Project Manager within the Corporate PMO at Topgolf Callaway Brands, you will play a crucial role in overseeing a variety of cross-brand and cross-functional projects. Your main focus will be to ensure each project aligns seamlessly with our strategic goals while upholding operational excellence and efficiency.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with multiple teams, effectively navigating project complexities, business requirements, and technical needs to drive projects to successful completion.
