    Member Services Specialist


    LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a full-time Member Services Representative on a contract to hire basis for a client in Sacramento, Ca. Our client is seeking a Member Services Rep to be the initial point of contact for members, providers, and anyone else.

    This position is onsite and you must be located in Sacramento, CA

    This position calls for an individual who values stability and has a genuine desire to contribute to our organization's long-term success.

    Compensation:

    $18-$19

    Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for answering questions and addressing concerns that members may have about their health insurance plan, including benefits, coverage, claims, and other related issues.
    2. Help members with claims processing, including reviewing claims for completeness and accuracy, following up on outstanding claims, and resolving any issues that arise during the claims process.
    3. Responsible for educating members on the features and benefits of their health insurance plan, as well as providing guidance on how to best use their benefits.
    4. Handle member complaints and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
    5. Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date member records, including contact information, health history, and other relevant data.
    6. Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and claims processors, to ensure that members receive the best possible care and service


    Qualifications:

    1. High school diploma/GED, required.
    2. 2+ years of call center experience, required.
    3. Previous healthcare industry experience, preferred.
    4. Basic computer skills, required.

    Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
