Dietary Supervisor Position at this location is Full-time.

Dietary Supervisor Salary:
$17.00 per hour.

Dietary Supervisor Shifts: 6am – 2:30pm or 12pm – 8PM Flexible to work both Shifts Available weekends and Holidays

Sunnyview Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing center is seeking experienced Dietary Supervisor for a long-term care facility in Butler, PA.

This position is responsible for supervising the food and nutrition department under the direction of the Food Service Director. Supervision in long-term care or healthcare preferred.

Dietary Supervisor Responsibilities

• Overall supervision of the kitchen during scheduled shift. Properly opens or closes the department as required.
• Ensures proper sanitation of the kitchen and equipment incompliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ensured meal service times are on schedule.
• Performs other job-related duties.

Dietary Supervisor Requirements:

• Prior Supervisor experience.
• Certification in healthcare cooking – ServSafe
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work as a team member.
