    Job Description:
    We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will act as a liaison between our technical teams and business stakeholders.

    Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between business needs and technical requirements, ensuring the successful implementation of technology-driven solutions.


    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their processes and requirements.
    • Conduct thorough analysis of requirements to identify technical solutions, deliverables, and project scope.
    • Work closely with technical teams to ensure understanding of business requirements, translating them into system specifications and technical designs.
    • Develop detailed functional and non-functional specifications, including user stories, use cases, process diagrams, and data flow diagrams.
    • Perform gap analysis to assess the differences between the current and desired systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Facilitate requirements workshops and meetings, guiding discussions, resolving conflicts, and driving consensus among stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with developers and testers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of software solutions, while ensuring alignment with business requirements.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and issue logs.
    • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business expectations and requirements.
    • Constantly broaden knowledge of CICA's portfolio of applications across portfolios.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
    • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or in a similar role.
    • Have a good understanding of front-end portals/UI versus back end systems such as Policy Admin/Claims systems, etc. and intermediate interfaces/APIs.
    • Have a good understanding of SharePoint and how to create trackers, create and administer sites to support the business and IT teams.
    • Possess ability to decipher Azure, DFaS, PaaS, database architecture, micro-services/API design, etc. and be able to communicate that in a manner that non-IT folks can understand.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
    • Proficient in creating technical documentation using industry-standard tools and methodologies such as JIRA.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience in software development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
    • Knowledge of data modeling, database management, and SQL queries.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, displaying a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
