    The IT Support Specialist I will assist with providing first level technical support for inbound calls, ticketing system requests and assigned tasks.

    The IT Support Specialist will assist with troubleshooting a variety of software applications, hardware devices and IT systems. The position will also be responsible for inventory control and device maintenance.


    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    The IT Support Specialist is expected to provide technical support for the following:

    PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:

    Education, Certifications and/or Experience:
    Associates degree in an IT concentrationMinimum two years' of work experience in an IT environmentIT certifications preferredDriver's License


    KNOWLEDGE:
    Proficiency in computer hardware and software application conceptsFamiliarity with networking technologiesHelp desk and/or call center environment experience desiredMust be able to work in a highly dynamic work environmentMust be able to handle concurrent assignmentsMust be highly organized and have a high attention to detailMust have good verbal and written communication skillsMust have good interpersonal skills and provide professional serviceMust be able to operate a motor vehiclePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    SCHEDULE:
    Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

    Required to work after hours and weekends as needed

    $18 - $21 an hour
